Drive your brand forward through the vision and expertise of a leadership team built for the future of Out-of-Home.

Partners

We are proud to foster personal, long-term relationships with blue chip brands, major advertising agencies, outdoor specialists, and motorway landlords.

ESG

ESG at i-media isn't a tick-box exercise. It’s built into our foundations. Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approach guides how we operate as a business, how we support our employees, and how we work with partners and clients. We are committed to acting ethically, fostering an inclusive workplace, and continuously improving the sustainability of our operations.

Operate beyond net zero

In 2025, we operated as a carbon-negative business, offsetting our emissions twice over. Through UN-affiliated Gold Standard projects, we offset 541 tonnes of CO₂ - double our actual emissions.

We invest directly in the economy of Motorway Service Areas (MSAs) and EV forecourts. By integrating our media into charging hubs, we subsidise and accelerate the rollout of the UK’s green energy infrastructure.

Reduce operational impact

Our transition to a 100% digital network has eliminated our maintenance fleet and reduced petrol emissions to zero.

Our EPC A-rated Fitzrovia HQ uses 100% renewable energy and efficient lighting, hardware and climate systems. We encourage low-carbon travel through a tax-free, interest-free Cycle to Work scheme available to all employees.

Supporting gender equality

We have achieved 50/50 gender balance across our workforce with a growing female representation in leadership (currently at 25%).

This reflects our ongoing commitment to building a more inclusive and representative organisation at every level. While we’re proud of this progress, we recognise there is more to do and remain focused on creating clear pathways for women to advance into senior roles. Through inclusive hiring practices, leadership development, and mentoring initiatives, we are working to ensure diverse talent continues to thrive across our business.

Investing in our people

We treat well-being as a strategic priority. Employees have access to a resident therapist, with 70% of staff utilising the confidential support. Last year we invested 2,000+ paid hours into team-building and mental health workshops to prevent burnout and foster connection.

Although we are advocates of face-to-face connection, we recognise the need for remote working options in order to ensure an inslucive environment. That's why 90% of our employees are flexible or hybrid workers.
