i-media will take the stage at Future of Media London on Tuesday 3 November, delivering a 15-minute session in Hall 2 (12:45–13:00) titled "Reading the Road: Creating & Delivering Audiences Against Behaviour in Real-Time." It will mark the first time i-media's new ANPR Audiences proposition has been introduced to a public audience, and will share results from the nationwide campaign already running with Lloyds Bank, the product's launch partner.
Programmatic and social rewrote advertising twenty years ago because brands could finally talk to people based on who they actually were. Out-of-home never had that - until now. Where digital planning has spent a decade inferring intent from a screen, ANPR Audiences reads it directly on the motorway: where someone's going, what they're driving, when they stop and for how long. By combining vehicle recognition with open banking and mobile data, i-media isn't estimating an audience anymore - it's identifying one, at a scale no other out-of-home channel can match.
Sam Tester, Chief Revenue Officer at i-media, said:
For years, digital planning has had one thing out-of-home didn't: the ability to say who you're actually talking to, not just where. We've spent the last two years closing that gap. We're not estimating an audience anymore — we're identifying it, at a scale no other out-of-home channel can match.
Nick Slaymaker Chief Growth Officer at i-media, said:
Out-of-home is at an inflection point of relevance. You can’t disintermediate human movement, and when you add the specificity of i-media’s data and turn a broadcast medium into something that can be targeted this directly, it’s the most exciting thing in media at the moment.
